At Stylishensemble, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stylishensemble.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Hijabs
• Earrings
• Undergarments
• Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@stylishensemble.shop. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
